Activities

Jungle’s Edge offers a diverse range of daily classes to help you train, grow, and recover. Mix disciplines freely and discover what moves you—physically and mentally. No matter which retreat you choose all classes are 100% interchangeable, you pick any from our choice of options at Jungle’s Edge & select options of Yoga & Mat Pilates at Bodhi Tree.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ): Our sessions are led by our 2 on site black belt instructors, combined they have over 30 years of exoerience with Gi & No Gi modalities.

Muay Thai: Refine your striking, clinch, and movement in dynamic classes designed for all levels. Our Muay Thai sessions build real skill through pad work, drills, and smart conditioning.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Lead by our instructors, combining striking and grappling in fluid, practical training. With experience in elite-level competition and coaching, he brings high-level insight to help you develop well-rounded, functional skills.

Boxing:  Sessions take place at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort; sharpen your hands and defense with focused mitt work, footwork drills, and timing exercises. Great for building striking fundamentals or complementing other martial arts.

Yoga: Yoga is held in our open-air treetop shala surrounded by lush jungle views on select weekdays, led by our skilled on-site instructors. Guests also enjoy daily access to classes at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, just steps away and internationally recognized for its beautiful jungle-view shalas and expert teachers. Classes support recovery, flexibility, and mental clarity

Surfing: where world-class waves meet untouched jungle, golden sunsets, warm ocean air, mindful movement, and pure ocean energy (additinal cost $99 per lesson)

At Jungle’s Edge, we offer two retreat packages designed to fit the most common types of retreaters we host.

The Silver Package is ideal for the Train-cationer — someone looking to train once a day, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and then fully embrace the Nosara lifestyle. Think beach days, local eats, and laid-back adventure.

The Gold Package is built for the Hardcore Retreater — those who want to push their limits with 2 to 4 training sessions a day, recover with cold plunges, and stay fueled with all meals included. It’s the perfect option for leveling up your skills and staying fully immersed in the training lifestyle.
